Reiki is a gentle, natural healing therapy that channels universal life force energy. My practice is rooted in spiritual tradition, and I weave the steady heartbeat of my medicine drum at the beginning and end of the session to help guide you into a deeply restorative state.
The drum is more than sound - it is rhythm, pulse, return. Its steady beat helps regulate the nervous system, quiet mental noise and bring your body into a state where true healing can begin. Many people arrive not realising how dysregulated or exhausted they are until they feel the shift. The drumming journey carries you beyond thinking and into embodied presence - a place of deep rest, recalibration and balance.

For 90 minutes, you are held in a sacred space created especially for you in the Spiritual Room at Floral Ark. This is your time - uninterrupted, unhurried.
I work intuitively with healing crystals chosen specifically for your energy on the day. As a colour practitioner, I also use colour therapeutically to help clear blockages and enhance energetic flow. You are grounded in and surrounded by nature, allowing the land itself to support your restoration.
This work often brings a depth of rest that sleep alone cannot reach. When the nervous system settles, the body remembers how to heal. When the mind quiets, clarity returns. When your energy rebalances, you feel more yourself again.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, energetically stuck, physically tense or simply in need of deep restoration, this session offers space to exhale.

I arrived at Floral Ark for a drum reiki session with Amanda, not being fully aware of just how much my body and mind needed to relax and rebalance. It's a beautifully held space, and I pretty much floated home and slept like a baby that night!
